Solid State Physics Research Laboratory

Nano-electronics involved the science and technology of making nanometer scale electronic devices. This research is currently carried out in Solid State Physics Research Laboratory, Department of Physics by nine full time teaching staffs and more than 23 post-graduate students. The major research activities can be divided into two big group; inorganic and organic materials which  include the fabrication and characterization of nanoscale electronic materials, thin film growth, exploration of novel quantum phenomena and some basic electronic devices.
